UI/UX Design Meeting

We held a dedicated session for UI/UX where we shared ideas, created wireframes, and discussed accessibility. Our goal was to ensure a consistent, user-friendly experience across all devices and platforms.

First Progress Review

We reviewed our progress so far, presented early results, and addressed technical difficulties. Some tasks were delayed due to environment issues, but we worked together to find fixes and update timelines.

Task Breakdown & Responsibilities

We held a meeting to define our roles and divide the project into logical parts. Everyone chose tasks based on strengths and interests. We also created a shared board to organize responsibilities and timelines.

Initial Meeting – Project Discussion

During our initial meeting, we discussed the general project idea, shared expectations, and clarified the goals. We also agreed on tools for collaboration and how we want to approach the next steps as a team.
